Our Board is composed of Chairman, Vice-President, Director, and Auditor. It deliberates on the matter to need the decision of board of directors in the business plan, budget, laws and ordinances, articles and rules, entrust to board of directors. It also deliberates on cases where the board of directors' decision is necessary for the execution of various tasks and the agenda presented by the chairman for consideration.
